About the Role:

You will lead the strategy and delivery of Market Intelligence (MI) within the Experience function, with a focus on driving business growth through applicable insights. You will identify opportunities and threats, developing intelligence-led strategies in consideration of propositions and programmes, and maximising internal data to enhance marketing, web, and sales performance. We ask that you understand business operations, analytics, and data visualisation to produce insights that influence important strategies, improve outcomes, and ensure collaboration.
