Job description:

Key Responsibilities



· Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns with strong focus on offline, trade, and in-store activations, supported by social media and compliant digital touchpoints

· Lead trade marketing programs including retailer promotions, POSM, sell-in / sell-out campaigns, bundle offers, and visibility initiatives

· Work closely with Sales, Trade, Product, and Management to ensure marketing activities directly support volume, distribution, and brand objectives

· Ensure full compliance with Philippine vaping regulations, including DTI-OSMV guidelines, age-gated marketing, and platform restrictions

· Manage brand messaging and positioning across retail, field, and social channels while maintaining consistency and compliance

· Oversee social media strategy (organic and compliant paid where allowed), focusing on brand awareness, engagement, and retail support
