EPAM Systems is hiring a Senior Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Marketing Specialist to strengthen EPAM’s presence within the technology market and support the company’s growth across the region. You will play a key role in positioning EPAM Malaysia as a top employer while overseeing regional talent marketing projects across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. By driving employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing campaigns and tech community engagement, you will create talent-focused communication strategies aligned with our global objectives. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, collaborative, and passionate about building meaningful connections within Malaysia’s technology ecosystem.
