What you will do
- Cost Estimation & Planning: Preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates by analyzing architectural and engineering drawings to determine material, labor, and equipment needs. Prepare and assess cost estimates for construction projects to support strategic planning and informed decision‑making. Develop, manage, and track project budgets to ensure cost control and efficient resource allocation. Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BQ) in alignment with project specifications and scope.
- Tendering & Procurement: Floating inquiries to subcontractors, performing rate analysis, and managing the bidding process to select the most cost‑effective mechanical suppliers. Perform accurate quantity take‑offs based on technical drawings and project documentation. Ensure compliance with contractual terms, particularly regarding cost, scope, and project timelines.
