Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with 6–8 years of experience in electro-mechanical product development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and packaging electronic systems including cameras, PCB assemblies, and industrial enclosures, with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Electro-Mechanical Packaging
• Design and develop electro-mechanical assemblies including:
- Camera modules and vision systems
- Powder/liquid distribution units
- PCB mounting structures and brackets
- Wiring harness routing and connector integration
• Develop robust enclosure designs meeting IP69 K standards for harsh environments
• Ensure proper sealing strategies (gaskets, O-rings, adhesives, venting solutions)
