Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Senior Mechanical Draughtsman in Alberton, GP.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL & PROJECT ADMIN 1. Admin 1.1 Timesheet Management – Beginning of each new year, create a new timesheet for the department, ensure that it is fully operational. Manage the Drawing Office staff regarding Timesheet admin. 1.2 Filling – File all relevant Hard Copy as well as Electronic Copy documentation in correct files and Folders as received. Worktables must be clear of unnecessary Paperwork and Drawings. 1.3 Drawing Office Assistance – Assisting fellow Drawing office Staff with any Technical or Draughting queries that they might have. 1.4 Follow Up on work Progress 1.5 Checking of drawings / Models 1.6 Ensure all latest info are saved in the relevant folders 1.7 Understa...
