Senior Mechanical Engineer

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Senior Mechanical Engineer role based in Greater George Town. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead the design and development of mechanical systems and assemblies for test automation equipment, lab infrastructure, and related products. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include creating and reviewing detailed 3D models and drawings, performing mechanical calculations, selecting suitable materials and components, and ensuring designs meet performance, safety, and reliability requirements. The role involves collaborating closely with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to support prototyping, testing, and design validation, as well as resolving engineering issues during build and commissioning. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, guide junior engineers, and support customer‑facing technical reviews and documentation.
