Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with a strong Facilities Management (FM) background to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage mechanical systems, ensure operational efficiency, and support maintenance activities across multiple facilities.

• Oversee operation and maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC, chilled water systems, pumps, and plumbing.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities across facilities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, local regulations, and company policies.
• Supervise and coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.
• Handle breakdown analysis, root cause identification, and corrective actions.
