Job Responsibilities Lead the development and review of mechanical designs, schematics, and layouts for HVAC, ultra-pure water (UPW), cleanroom ventilation, process piping, and specialty gas distribution systems. Perform and validate complex load calculations, equipment sizing, system modelling, and material selection to meet stringent semiconductor facility requirements. Provide technical oversight for thermal management, vibration control, and contamination-prevention strategies in cleanroom and sub-fab environments. Lead and supervise installation works for pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, cooling towers, and mechanical utility systems, ensuring compliance with design intent and quality standards.
