Role Overview
This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of editorial quality across pharmaceutical and healthcare communication materials. You will act as the lead copy editor for assigned brands, driving accuracy, consistency, and compliance across deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the lead copy editor for at least one brand and provide backup support across additional brands
Copyedit, fact-check, and proofread promotional and educational content for physicians, healthcare professionals, and patients across print and digital formats
Review materials across the lifecycle—from manuscript development to final production
Collaborate closely with Account Services, Copywriters, and Art Directors to ensure content meets standards of accuracy, clarity, readability, and brand alignment
Support teams with literature research and article retrieval
Develop and maintain brand-specific style guides to ensure consistency
