Senior MEP Commercial Lead – High-Rise UAE

Overview

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing commercial operations, contract administration, cost management, budgeting and financial control of large-scale MEP projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all commercial aspects of MEP projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, forecasting and financial reporting for project activities.
• Manage contracts, variations, claims and subcontractor agreements.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors and clients on commercial matters.
• Review project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets and project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and identify commercial risks and mitigation strategies.
