Senior MEP Manager

1. Design Management & Technical Review – Lead multidisciplinary MEP design reviews at all project stages. Perform in‑depth technical evaluation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ICT, ELV and medical gas systems. Review MEP layouts for constructability, maintainability, and operational efficiency. Validate compliance with healthcare engineering codes (HVAC – FGI, ASHRAE, HTM03; medical gas – HTM02‑01, NFPA99; fire & life safety – NFPA10,13,14,70,72,101; plumbing – IPC, Legionella prevention; electrical – redundancy, UPS, generators, emergency circuits). Coordinate MEP requirements with architectural zoning, patient flow, infection control pathways and clinical workflows.
