What you’ll be doing:

+ Define initiatives in partnership with the business owners (Category Merchants, DMM's, and GMM's)
+ Collaborate with business owners and cross-functional partners to create a unified strategy, project plans, and implementation timelines
+ Work with team to identify and implement new strategic initiatives to test/roll out targeted towards driving sales and margin growth
