Senior Mining Sales Representative

As a Senior Mining Sales Representative, you will lead direct machine and solution sales for a defined international territory spanning Northern Latin America and the Caribbean. This role has a strong underground mining emphasis and serves as the primary commercial partner to Caterpillar dealers and mining customers across the region.

Responsibilities

• Own direct sales performance for mining equipment and solutions across Northern Latin America and the Caribbean, partnering with a diverse dealer network.
• Lead underground mining commercial strategy for the territory, identifying portfolio gaps, growth opportunities and competitive differentiation.
• Influence dealers and customers through a customer‑back mindset, demonstrating urgency, accountability and consultative leadership.
