Senior Mortgage Lead - PropTech

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Operations Lead to play a key role in building, managing, and optimizing a high-performing mortgage advisory and fulfillment function within a leading PropTech business.

This is a leadership position that combines mortgage advisory expertise with operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bank relationships, overseeing mortgage submissions, driving process improvements, and ensuring a seamless client journey from application through to approval and disbursement.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, mortgage relationship managers, and lending teams across the UAE.
• Own the mortgage submission process, ensuring all applications are accurate, complete, and submission-ready.
• Establish and manage service level agreements (SLAs), escalation processes, and communication channels with banking partners.
