Senior Neonatal Homecare Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Neonatal Homecare Nurse to work within Neonatal Home care Service, hosted by Leicester hospitals. Neonatal Community Care is provided across Leicestershire and Rutland and the Northamptonshire region, including University Hospitals of Leicester, Kettering and Northampton Hospitals. This position will primarily be based in Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland. The post holder will be an excellent team worker and will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of clinical care for infants within the scope of neonatal outreach, providing specialist on‑going care for the neonate and advice, support and education to the family in the home. Home naso gastric tube feeding and Home oxygen service is currently well embedded, and more recently we have expanded services further to include care of babies at home on phototherapy for the treatment of jaundice.
