POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for planning, monitoring, supporting, designing, and implementing information systems to enhance the educational and informational functions of the school district. This role requires expertise in Local and Wide Area Networking, network security, design, testing, implementation, monitoring and support of the district's data networks, as well as regular systems maintenance and pro-active planning and implementation of improvements. Must be able to work with vendors and contractors and manage multiple district-wide projects.
