This role demands a proactive approach to monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on network service levels, as well as resolving any issues or negative trends identified.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support for data center network infrastructure.
  • Monitor, review, and report on network service levels regularly.
  • Ensure network activities are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Collaborate with technical architects, project managers, and stakeholders to present suitable network solutions.
  • Develop, implement, and test disaster recovery and network fail-over plans.
