Senior Network Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing network and security solutions, including configuring routers, switches, wireless, load balancers and other network devices; racking and stacking network devices; able to handle mid‑sized to mega‑sized projects.
• Troubleshooting network and security issues, diagnosing and resolving connectivity problems, configuration issues, and analyzing network traffic.
• Client management: building and maintaining relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring client needs are met.
• Collaboration with other teams such as project managers and operations to ensure network delivery within stipulated time.
• Technical documentation: creating LLD, TDS, as‑built, UAT, and SAT documents and obtaining client sign‑off for project closure.
