About The Role

Join the RAC as a Senior New Business Development Manager and drive large‑scale growth across our insurance and legal services partnerships.

This is a senior, commercially critical role where you’ll lead high‑value new business across the UK insurance market. Your focus will be on winning and growing sizeable corporate partnerships, particularly with large insurance brokers and financial services organisations, and helping shape the future of the RAC’s Legal Services proposition.

We already work with well‑known names like Markerstudy, Hastings and Ageas. Now we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable opening doors, leading complex conversations, and securing new business at scale in a regulated, competitive market.

The role is hybrid and can be based at either our Walsall or Bristol office
