Senior NPI Engineer (Test Development)

We are looking for a Senior NPI Engineer to join our team and take a leading role in new product test development and system integration for the ATE industry. This role is ideal for engineers with strong hardware fundamentals, system‑level thinking, and hands‑on debugging experience, who enjoy turning complex prototypes into production‑ready products.

As a senior member of the team, you will drive test strategy, lead system integration activities, and support the stabilization of new products through close collaboration with R&D, Applications, and Production teams. You should be inquisitive, structured in your approach, and constantly looking for better ways to validate and integrate our products.
