Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations of the Operating Theatre to ensure safe and efficient surgical services
- Supervise nursing teams and coordinate staffing allocation for surgical procedures
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards and surgical safety protocols
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care
- Manage OT resources including equipment, instruments and supplies
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes
- Provide leadership, coaching and performance management for nursing staff
