Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Measure seniors' vital signs, review records
- Identify changes in seniors' physical well‑being, behaviours, report to senior care staff or supervisor and caregiver, if necessary
- Record all communication notes, submit incident reports where required
- Assist seniors in their medication
- Monitor seniors’ care plans and provide inputs
- Provide 1st line of support to medical emergencies/accidents/wound care
- Use of PPE if required
- Assist seniors with ADL activities and hygiene care e.g. mobility, transfers, toileting, feeding, hydration, fall prevention measures
- Provide training to team in areas such as transfers, toileting, basic medical assistance
- Support team in monitoring of seniors' physical and mental health and well‑being
- Engage seniors through planning and leading of exercises and activities
