Main Roles & Responsibilities
Assessment, Intervention & Consultation
Conduct screenings and assessments for fine-motor motor, sensory, adaptive, and regulation needs.
Develop and deliver intervention plans that are embedded within preschool routines, with an aim to enhance children's independent functioning and active participation within classrooms.
Provide consultation and strategies for educators and caregivers to support children's development across settings.
Collaborative Case Support
Participate in case conferences with multi-disciplinary DS-LS team.
Support educators and LSEds in integrating strategies into daily school routines and learning activities.
Collaborate with team members to review and refine intervention plans and strategies.
Programme Development and Support
Contribute to capacity building by developing tools, workshops, and resources for educators and parents.
