About the role
As an HR Senior Officer for the HR Shared Services team, you will provide comprehensive support for Rewards and Compensation processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates with Reward COE and IT to manage E2E annual pay review and bonus cycle related actions.
- Partner with Reward COE to follow procedures and control documentation for uploading Compensation updates, one-time payments, on-demand payments and other compensation adjustments in SuccessFactors.
- Perform UAT, SRT covering end-to-end scenarios for IT solution deployment in line with design changes.
- Manage workflow navigation, role-based permissions switch-over, data publish, and statement publish back.
- Liaise with Finance for supporting activities for bonus plan execution for the respective year.
