Senior Officer – Instrumentation/Electrical Job in Rawalpindi

Responsibilities

• Keep, calibrate and troubleshoot control and instrumentation systems.
• Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance of PLC, DCS, digital control valves and allied control systems, comprising flow meters, HRV’s, pressure transmitters, etc., and assist plant operations.
• Keep LPG cylinder bottling/filling machines.
• Track system alarms, performance and data trends to ensure efficient LPG operations.
• Support testing, commissioning, installation and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot errors in control alarms, loops and safety systems.
• Keep schedules, documentation and report critical problems.
• Follow safety protocols, take part in drills and ensure compliance.
• Make sure plant operations are free from electrical faults.
• Promote a flame proof culture at the plant in all related matters such as procedures of repair work and equipment handling.
