Senior Officer, Quality Management

Key Responsibilities

• Receive MS Excel file from all Stores in Skype.
• Print out damaged item list and send to QM Store for checking.
• Pump file into the system.
• Receive ARN from Stores and key in to excel system for record.
• Follow up the tasks and reply all messages in Skype.
• Key in data and do checking.
• Check the emails of issue feedback.
• Handle the quality issues received.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in data entry, admin, or operations support are preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level).
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
• Good communication skills and responsive in handling messages and emails.
