JOB SCOPE
Develop and implement comprehensive employee engagement and event strategies, programs and initiatives in alignment with organizational goals and values. Identify key engagement drivers to create new or make improvements to existing events to address them. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to innovate and enhance engagement strategies and programs. Develop event concepts, themes and detailed plan with purpose, goals, budget, and logistics. Manage end-to-end event logistics such as catering, entertainment, location etc. Oversee the setup, execution, and teardown of events.
