Job Description

Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan (Sindh Region) seeks a Senior Officer for the Resource Mobilization Department to lead and expand individual donor engagement through the Individual Donor Desk. The role is within a well-established humanitarian and welfare organization that delivers sustainable development programs, emergency relief, and social welfare across urban and rural Sindh. The Senior Officer will design and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, and retain individual donors, strengthen donor relationships, and increase unrestricted and project-specific contributions to support program delivery across the region.
