Job Purpose
To manage and monitor store operations, inventory control, material receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation activities for Wind Power Projects while ensuring proper material handling, stock accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations at project/site location.Ensure proper receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials as per company procedures.Maintain inventory records and stock accuracy in ERP/SAP systems.Coordinate with procurement, project, logistics, and site teams for timely material availability.Monitor inward and outward movement of project materials, tools, and consumables.Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue slips, stock registers, and related documentation.Conduct periodic stock verification, reconciliation, and physical inventory audits.
