Job Description

Job Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible for processing transactions in the area of Trade Finance for various business segments. Accurate data entry of the documents submitted by the customers to produce the final product.

Dimensions

KPI – No Ops Loss. Accuracy as per TAT – Ensure all KPI’s are met including 99.50% accuracy and Zero TAT misses. No Ops loss to be ensured.

Control Adherence – Meeting DCFC & control requirements. Customer satisfaction and control effectiveness – All controls specified to be met. All processing requirements to be as per customer satisfaction.

Key Result Areas

Ensure all procedures that are developed comply with Bank Policy and Guidelines.

Review customer complaints and take immediate action to satisfy them.
