Job Summary
The Senior Onboarding Officer leads and oversees the onboarding process for new hires within an organization, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the Company. This role involves developing and implementing onboarding programs, processes, and initiatives to facilitate the successful assimilation of new employees into their roles and the Company culture. Additionally, the Senior Onboarding Officer may collaborate with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and department heads to coordinate onboarding activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals. They also play a key role in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of onboarding practices to enhance the employee experience and retention
