Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Support critical users and ensure minimal downtime.
- Contribute to IT infrastructure improvements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience.
- Fluent in English (B2+).
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
