Description

The Bank Risk Office has an exciting opportunity for a “Sr Associate Risk Management” to join the Second Line of Defense (2LOD), supporting Banking and Cash Solutions (BCS), including Ameriprise Bank, FSB. The Bank Risk Office provides independent oversight to ensure risk management processes and controls implemented by the First Line are effectively designed and operating in alignment with the Bank’s Risk Management Framework.

This role supports both governance and execution across key components of the framework, with a focus on delivering independent oversight, credible challenge, and risk insights. The individual will partner closely with business and risk teams to evaluate the control environment, identify process risks, and recommend enhancements to strengthen risk management practices.
