Senior Operations Officer

Responsibilities
Handle post-implementation broker and Wealth Management support, as well as daily system operation tasks, ensuring stable and efficient performance of trading systems Provide operational guidance and functional explanations to brokers, including trading workflows, settlement procedures, and system functionalities Independently identify, categorize, and assess issues; determine responsible modules and coordinate with Product, IT, and PM teams to ensure timely resolution Monitor system processes, detect anomalies, and coordinate internal teams for effective issue resolution Support troubleshooting of system-related and business-related issues covering Hong Kong and U.S. equities, account opening, funding, corporate actions, IPO and app usage Assist in incident handling, including root cause tracking, documentation and follow-up with stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. IT, Product) to enhance service efficiency and process improvements Utilize in...
