Senior Order Management Specialist

• Manage orders for Top-10 accounts to ensure timely processing
• Make critical decisions regarding inventory shortages and priorities
• Collaborate with Allocation Analyst to prevent out-of-stock scenarios
• Track and improve supply chain metrics for assigned accounts
