What is the opportunity? The Bank of Ireland Centre of Excellence (OCoE) provides Group-wide leadership and oversight for outsourcing and third-party arrangements. It sets strategy, standards and governance to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management. The OCoE also enables consistent decision-making and oversight across critical and material outsourcing service . The Senior Outsourcing Strategy Analyst supports the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Bank's outsourcing strategy, frameworks and insights. The role delivers high-quality analysis, research and recommendations to inform decision-making and regulatory compliance.
