Our client is seeking a Trust and Estate Paralegal to join their team in a on-site capacity. This role will support day-to-day operations within Trust and Estate Administration, with a focus on efficiency, organization, and high-quality work product. The ideal candidate brings strong experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
+ Draft estate planning documents (wills, trusts, POAs, healthcare directives)
+ Support trust administration, including asset collection, distributions, and accountings
+ Prepare and file probate documents; track court deadlines
+ Assist with trust funding (deeds, asset transfers, beneficiary updates)
+ Gather financial records and prepare asset inventories/valuations
+ Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions
