**What you'll do...**
The **Trademark Senior Paralegal** supports Walmart’s global trademark and copyright portfolios by maintaining dockets, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring compliance with U.S. and foreign formality requirements. Collaborate with and assist trademark attorneys, outside counsel, and business clients, with trademark-related inquiries and generate dashboards and reports to track internal trademark statistics using Anaqua.

**What you’ll do…**
• Support a global trademark portfolio by applying expert knowledge and understanding of U.S. and foreign trademark filing and prosecution practices and trademark formalities.
• Coordinate, support, and supervise outside counsel during all stages of trademark review, clearance, and opinion work, including trademark filing, prosecution, and renewals, managing of deadlines and facilitating signing and filing of documents.
