Opportunity Description
You will provide professional and excellent customer service to support the smooth operation of the Emergency Department. This includes appointment scheduling, feedback management, and prompt responses to patient requests or enquiries. Additionally, you will be involved in hospital and department plans for emergency preparedness and participate in quality improvement activities.
Requirements- Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years of frontline experience
- Relevant experience in a nursing or healthcare setting will be advantageous
- Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
