The Company My client is a US MNC and a leader in its industry. Keen to hire a hands-on and driven Payroll talent with strong team management and process improvement experience to oversee a regional payroll portfolio.
Requirements Strong Regional payroll experience, with
exposure in handling Asia countries such as China, Singapore, Indonesia, Japan and so on . Payroll accounting experience is a must Experience working with external payroll vendor required (payroll vendor management) Good communication skills, driven, detailed, reliable, team player Experience in driving process improvement and payroll projects Proven team management skills, able to motivate and upskill the payroll team Hands-on: willing to get hands dirty and handle payroll processing where required Availability:
Immediate or short notice preferred US MNC experience can be highly advantageous
Budget SGD 9,000 - 10,500 per month + 1 month completion bonus
