Senior Payroll Specialist

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to manage end to end payroll processing for approximately 100 employees across their beauty retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in payroll within a retail or multi-outlet environment, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments, statutory compliance and reporting. This role requires high level accuracy, discretion and understanding of payroll legislation and retail workforce dynamics.
Responsibilities:
End-to-end payroll processing for all retail staff including permanent, part-time an casual workers.
Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, including EPF, Socso, EIS, income tax and other deductions.
Prepare monthly payroll reports and maintain accurate payroll records for auditing and reporting purposes.
Handle staff enquiries related to payslips, deductions, salary adjustments in a timely and professional manner.
