Senior People Advisor: ER Expert & Leadership Coach

NZ Post is seeking a Senior People Advisor to provide expert HR advice and support on employment relations and change matters. This 12-month fixed-term role, based in Auckland (Highbrook) or Wellington (CBD), offers flexibility for working from home. You will guide leaders through complex people challenges, and mentor Advisors while contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
