Senior People and Culture Manager

The role

This is a senior role within the Raspberry Pi Foundation’s People and Culture (P&C) team which consists of a team of 6 colleagues at different levels, working closely with the Director of People and Culture and colleagues across the team to deliver a high quality, organisation wide global people service. You will work with managers across the Foundation providing expert guidance on complex people matters and helping to deliver key organisational priorities.

A significant aspect of the role is shaping and supporting the Foundation’s employee relations approach, providing strategic advice on sensitive and complex people issues, building manager capability, and ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
