Senior People Ops: Compliance, Automation & Onboarding

NTUC First Campus in Singapore is looking for a People Operations Executive/Senior Executive to join their People team. The role involves ensuring data integrity and compliance throughout the HR operations while focusing on enhancing employee experiences via process automation.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or a related discipline, alongside 3-5 years of relevant HR operations experience. Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms is essential, and experience in the Early Childhood Sector is advantageous.
