About the role

We are looking to recruit an eager and highly motivated Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join our Global Digital Acceleration function at No7 Beauty Company. This is an exciting opportunity to support our mission to embed digital marketing best practice across No7 and Liz Earle e-commerce websites.

Reporting into the Performance Marketing Manager, you will support the performance marketing activation & optimisation across paid social and affiliates for Lizearle.com, working in close partnership with our agency and creative partners.

Support the delivery of impactful performance marketing activity from planning to execution to ensure high-quality, converting traffic in line with the Liz Earle strategy, across Paid Social and Affiliates.
