Senior Pharmacist: Lead Clinical Care & Therapy Optimization

SingHealth Community Hospitals in Singapore is seeking a Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care by collaborating with a multidisciplinary health care team. The role promotes wellness, maintains patient health, and intervenes in acute or chronic illness.

The ideal candidate will recommend and monitor patient drug therapy, identify drug-related problems, and ensure the accurate distribution of pharmaceuticals. A degree from a recognized School of Pharmacy and full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council are required.
