Responsibilities
- Accountable for comprehensive patient assessments
- Independently implement and evaluate treatment plans
- Document care provided to meet service standards
- Participate in clinical reviews and case conferences
- Assist in developing clinical protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive rehabilitation for patients
Requirements
- BSc/Diploma in Physiotherapy
- HCPC registration required
- Experience in relevant clinical settings
- Proven skills in communication and staff development
- Ability to function under pressure
