Why this role is different

This isn't another clinic caseload. You'll be the founding therapist of our Recovery Lounge — shaping the service from the ground up, designing the menu, setting the standards, and building the team that delivers it.

Our clients are active people: pickleball players, weekend athletes, and anyone serious about moving and feeling better. So your days are about recovery, mobility, and performance — not a paperwork‑heavy clinical grind. And as the lounge grows, you grow: this is a genuine leadership role with real ownership and a clear path to head up recovery across future locations.
