**Job Summary**
Support Connected Car program to provide data analytics and reporting for Connected Car Project.
Reports directly to Manager, Business Intelligence and works in conjunction with Manager, Aftersales Marketing Technology Connected Car to drive revenue and improve customer experience for dealers and customers in the service lane.
**Job Functions**
- Helps to compile research to identify improvements of features, functionality, and dealer/aftersales readiness regarding all products.
- Makes recommendations on research findings.
- Creates and maintains Aftersales Connected Car annual calendar of Aftersales projects and enhancements.
- Compiles, submits, and audits monthly dealer billing for all Aftersales digital programs such as connected car data.
